SHIPPING

Shipping in India 

We work on made to order basis, which means, a product is made only after the order has been received. Most orders take 8-10 working days to be made. Any customised/bespoke orders may take longer, a delivery date for the same will be provided via email.

We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery on prepaid orders. Orders are dispatched within 10-12 working days from the order date and delivered within 2 - 4 days. Delivery to remotely connected area may take longer. 

If you desire express shipping, please write to store@theopenform.in with subject: EXPRESS SHIPPING, to inquire about the additional charges to your city.

All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting.

Incase the delivery is not accepted in the first attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to borne by the customer.

International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide. Delivery can take up to 8-10 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

The Open Form is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government. 

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 3500 - INR 4500 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time, resources and work that goes into each product. However, If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine size/quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • Easy 7 day Exchange & Return. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we're here to find you an easy solution. The Open Form products can be exchanged within 7 days for another size or product of the same or higher value.
  • For any exchange or return, please email us at store@theopenform.in or get in touch on +91 8142595131. We do not have a refund policy except for items received in damaged condition.
  • The Open Form products must be returned in good condition, with the labels intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to The Open Form of all returns, kindly share the tracking details with us. Products once exchanged, will no longer be returnable.
  • Please note, discounted items or custom orders with alterations cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • At The Open Form, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, fading, or dye-lot variations.
  • For any exchange or return, please email us at store@theopenform.in or get in touch on +91 8142595131. We have a 7 days return or exchange policy subject to the product being in the same condition as you received it, unworn and with the tags intact. We do not have a refund policy except for items received in damaged condition.
  • Kindly note that all our garments are hand dyed and/or hand woven. The beauty of handmade clothing lies in its imperfections. 

 

Conditions :

Incase of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 7 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 7 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition or after the given time.

- The cost of return / exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders. For any assistance you can write to us on store@theopenform.in or call us on +91 8142595131

- The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. The Open Form holds all rights to not accept the products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.

- We only accept exchange / return of product once and within 7 days of the goods received by the customer.

- The Open Form will not be responsible for the loss of products sent by you and will not accept the products incase the outer packaging is damaged or the seal is broken.

- We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired size. Exchange will entirely depend on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange. 

-  Customised orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as requested. 

- Any or all products on clearance/sales are not eligible for an exchange or return.

- Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.

- However, if The Open Form sends you a faulty product/ wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs of Return / Exchange. We request the customer to send the product back and the shipping cost must be incurred by the customer - which will be refunded within 7 working days. 

- Incase you choose to purchase a different style while exchanging your faulty product/wrong order sent by us, the balance amount (If any) needs to be payed by the customer. 

All the products have been made in the finest plant based fabrics, handwoven fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
